When the original innovator and leading manufacturer of minivans came to us to design an information kit commemorating the vehicle’s 30th anniversary, we knew we had a challenge.
Most likely, no one ever bought a minivan for its “cool factor,” yet a good percentage of people have owned one, and know that there are many standard items that are great to have, especially for a kid. If you’re a kid, minivans are fun! You can listen to music, watch movies, torture your siblings, stretch out, lay back and enjoy the view, eat snacks – all while mom or dad deal with life’s trials and tribulations.
So we invented an illustrated character, Cadet Brandon, who helped point out and explain the many useful features and innovations included in the vehicles, using 3D photos to help highlight some of the more significant ones. A custom interactive USB with specifications, photos and other product details was also included.
