Few products – certainly few vehicles – match the iconic status of the Jeep Wrangler. So when we were given the task of designing and producing the materials for the all-new model’s media reveal, it was apparent to all that they needed to be as memorable, and desirable, as the Wrangler itself.
An initial review of early packaging directions we developed resulted in unanimous approval of a rugged, extremely durable wood box to house the needed product information book, interactive USB and, later, a very useful wireless speaker. Working with the teams from the outer packaging source, the printer, and the source for the copper USB and wireless speaker, our design team fine-tuned the dimensions, materials and production methods for each of the items, resulting in a highly-functional and collectable finished piece that truly reflected the product’s essence.
